PROCESS

+ The Phone Call
This is the best way for us to really get an initial feel of your projecty, budget, timeline, etc. This is also a great time for you to talk with me and become familiar with my design philosophy. There is no fee for this initial phone call.
+ The Initial Visit
After the phone call, we will schedule your initial visit. During this time, I can see your space, evaluate your design needs, discuss your design dreams, and come up with the scope of work. There will be a small design fee for this initial visit.
+ The Design Process
After that initial visit, we begin the design process, which typically takes 3-4 weeks. A flat design fee will be charged and a scope of work will be provided so that you know what will be selected and what elements of design I will be locating/selecting/ creating for you.
+ The Presentation
During the design presentation, you will be given a printout to follow along to complete your dream design. A binder will be provided to you with pictures, handouts, and any contractor information you need to complete your project.
+ The Design Comes to Life
Now is when the design really comes to life. You use the design plan provided to you at the presentation to complete your space with the selections I have made in your custom design. My favorite part of the process is getting to come back and see the finished project!

Interior Design: Paint, lighting, flooring, cabinets, countertops (kitchen & bath), window treatments, furniture, accessories, bedding, and art.
New Construction: We work with you and your builder to provide color and style in the selections that you are required to pick for your new home’s design.
Downsizing: We also work with many clients who downsize to carriage homes or condos.
Room Makeover: Freshen up a tired space with decorating ideas, furniture placement, and a shopping wish list.
Color Analysis: Select the perfect paint color for any room while taking into consideration; lighting, flow, design desires, and existing coordinates.
Staging: Selling a home can be overwhelming. We can evaluate your floor layout and existing décor to create suggestions on how to “stage” your home. That way it can appeal to buyers on first glance, giving you the best opportunity for a quick sale.
Holiday Decorating: Add the warmth of the season through holiday décor that works with your existing color palette and design.
Special Event Decorating Consultations: Baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and galas.
Design fees are based on a flat fee specific to your project. Hourly rates are available for shopping, accessorizing, and paint consultations.
Disclaimer: We only offer residential services in Florida. Residential and commercial services are both offered in Pittsburgh regions.
COVID-19 UPDATE
The COVID-19 global pandemic has impacted all of us. Unfortunately, the construction and home remodeling industry has taken a hit and seen many delays and product backorders. With shut-downs and delays in production, project timelines are likely to experience delays during these unprecedented times. We are doing all that we can to ensure your project gets completed in a timely manner, however, there is a lot that is out of our control as designers.
